Terms

By applying for a commission you agree with:

1. You guarantee that you are 18 years old or older. You guarantee that the commissioned artwork is only for personal use. You guarantee that you won't resell or use the commissioned artwork for any commercial use. You confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed all the following terms of service outlined below.

1. COPYRIGHT:

All my artworks and contents are under a Creative Commons License Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International. This means:

2.a. You are free to: Share — copy and redistribute the material in any medium or format. The licensor cannot revoke these freedoms as long as you follow the license terms.

2.b. Attribution — You must give appropriate credit, provide a link to the license, and indicate if changes were made. You may do so in any reasonable manner, but not in any way that suggests the licensor endorses you or your use.

2.c. NonCommercial — You may not use the material for commercial purposes.

2.d. NoDerivatives — If you remix, transform, or build upon the material, you may not distribute the modified material.

If any infringement of copyright would be detected, I will require the withdrawal of the artwork or I will take legal measures.

The artist reserves the right to modify, edit, trim, and display the artworks on any social media accounts or websites, for past, present, or future promotional purposes.

The artist reserves the right to use the artworks for past, present, or future commercial purposes.

1. PAYMENT:

Payments will be in advance through online payment via Paypal.

If you are interested and we reach an agreement, I will send a budget for the idea you sent, this way you will be able to tell if it's affordable for you or not and if you want to move forward.

If you want to continue, half the payment will be required. Then I will work on character design and half of the commission will be done. No final renders. From this point, I will require the payment in full to continue.

1. PRICES:

4.a. Picture at high resolution (1920x1080) with, at most, two characters and simple background (no buildings or environments) cost 60€.

4.b. Character creation: I don't do character creation.

4.c. Every extra character cost 20€.

4.d. Detailed backgrounds, environments, buildings, vehicles, etc, cost 20€.

4.e. Higher resolution than 1920x1080 cost 10€. Being the maximum size 3840x2016 (4k resolution).

The prices are definitive. There won't do discounts of any kind, no matter the number of pictures commissioned.

4.f. Private commissions:

I prefer working on commissions that I can display on my galleries, but if you're looking for a private commission, this will have an additional fee.

If a commission has not been requested as private, removal of the work from my social media sites won't happen and should not be asked. Have this in mind before applying for a commission.

The fee will be 50% of the total cost of said commission.

1. COMMISSION PROCESS:

5.a. First, you send me a request for the commission. This will include the following: a description, and the number of characters required, the number of pictures that will form the commission. Please, try to make it as descriptive as possible.

5.b. Once I confirmed that I will be taking, the process is the following:

-The first half of the payment.

-First draft. This will include character creation (if needed), and a non textured preview of the commission. In case the commission consists of more than one picture then the preview will include the first half of the pictures.

-Feedback and changes (if any)

-The second half of the payment

-If the commission consists of one single picture, then I'll show a rough preview of the lighting and colors. Once approved I'll send it via Google Drive.

-If the commission consists of more than one picture, then I work on the second half of the commission. I'll send a preview. Then we discuss any changes. Once changes are approved I'll do the final renders and send them via Google Drive.

Have in mind that requested modifications might increase the price or not depending on the pricing conditions that were stated at point 4. Once changes are approved, and if they require an increase in the cost you will send a payment for these additional costs.

I will start working on editing the pictures to add changes and after receiving the payment.

Once you have agreed with the lighting and color previews changes won't be permitted, with the exception of the case that I would have overlooked any requested detail.

You can ask for updates at any time and I agree to provide screenshots to prove the progress of the artwork.

1. DELIVERY TIME:

Each commission takes a different amount of time, depending on the complexity of the scenes and the characters that are requested. I'll try to send it as soon as possible.

1. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY:

Please, have in mind that, since I require half the payment before the moment I start working on the commission, you will have since the moment I confirmed that I will be taking it to let me know if you want to cancel the work.

If I've already sent the first draft and you don't want to continue, the money that has yet been paid won't be refunded. That money has been paid for my time and effort.

I don't accept refunds when the final part of the commission is already in process. Ordering a piece of art isn't like reserving any other item, the process of production is completely personalized, it takes a long time thinking about inspiration, then working on one or various pictures.

If there's any problem during the process we'll discuss to get an agreement, but I'll only consider a refund on extreme cases. At any case, the costs of the first payment will be deducted from the total amount of budget.

Take in mind that I (the artist) can cancel a commission in case that the client's behavior would be inappropriate, rude, or disrespectful at any time, involving the corresponding refund with deducted costs.

1. THEMES.

I won’t do: Underage characters, loli, shota, guro, rape, scat, vore, bukkake, facial, bestiality, expressions featuring panic / fear or pain, violence against women (be it sexual or verbal) and any kind on non-consensual sex.

Copy and fill out the following breakdown summing up as much as possible:

Main theme.

Number of Characters.

Character description. (For example: genre, age, body description, personality, outfit.)

Brief description or a full one if you're interested in developing a story.

Alternate versions description (if any).

Any visual reference you can provide will be helpful!
